The first of many journals to come on the reality that everyone decides to ignore in this fine hobby of Ball Jointed Doll.
I am an artist.

Topic number one of many.

Just because you spent a ridiculous amount of money on a doll it does not mean that you are;
1. Any better than before, you were a looser then and you are a looser now. Just a bit poorer.
2. You are not any better of an artist before, you still suck.
3. You were probably neglected as a child.
4. You probably smell bad because you cant afford soap.
5. You are no more popular than before
6. You are likely a lesbian
7. You are living vicariously thru your dolls.

I have seen people throw thousands of dollars on dolls constantly hoping for a chance at popularity. Is it because doll owners have a trauma from high school and from the lack of glamour and acceptance?
I hope not because we, the doll owners are not, how can i put this, of the popular breed.
As a well observed stereo type that has been proven again and again doll owners are young to middle aged fat women with something to prove. Mostly the thing being proven is that they lack creativity as well as any artistic talent to do anything in this hobby right. They try to make up for this lack of talent thru money spending. An expensive brand does not make a good mold. Now, I do understand that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder but GODDAMN it there are some ugly dolls out there. I will give myself the freedom to state some of the ugly dolls out there, and if you happen to be an owner, please take yourself outback and have your husband or lesbian friend bitch slap you several times for doing something so stupid.
Soom dolls. Just because it is Soom doesn't mean it is the best thing since God. Everyone has a soom doll you are not special. NOT special. Just because you threw a grand plus on a piece of plastic with shiny objects it doesnt make you any more popular. Just because you spent thousands collecting every single monthly it does NOT make you awesome. It makes you the opposite. It makes you a anti-awesome. It makes you less creative than the average doll owner and that is saying something.

Personally I understand that some molds are pricy. I myself own several dolls that I spend about 800 dollars to build.
And yes, my dolls are better.

I am tired now and sadly I am loosing focus. I will be back on angry BJD rants.

Do not take this personally unless you are guilty of such crimes. And if you are make you own decisions like I did and spare me from angry responses and hate messages. I do not care what you think. I am just a voice that is sick and tired of the same bullshit that everyone is so submissive about.
